Lisa Berry Barbosa, HR Executive, brings over 25 years of progressive leadership experience in the human resources discipline. Previously, she served as Asst. vice president of human resources at the Federal Reserve Bank Boston in Boston, MA, and vice president of human resources at Beth Israel Deaconess-Plymouth Hospital.

Lisa also served in the United States Army Reserves, where she received an honorable discharge. She holds an MS degree from Johnson and Wales University and a Certificate of Advanced Graduate Studies from Boston University. She is SHRM-SCP certified and she serves as a volunteer Board member for the Montessori Children’s House in Providence and the Animal Rescue League RI.

The Animal Rescue Rhode Island (ARRI) is a nonprofit dedicated to rescuing, rehabilitating, and rehoming animals. They provide shelter, medical care, and community programs to promote animal welfare.

Lisa is passionate about giving back and actively volunteers with ARRI, supporting shelter operations and fundraising to help pets find loving homes.
Potter League
The Potter League for Animals is dedicated to rescuing, caring for, and finding loving homes for animals while promoting humane treatment through education and outreach.

Lisa plays an active role in their mission, volunteering her time to assist with adoptions, events, and fundraising efforts, helping pets find the care and homes they deserve.

From Bob Marley to Mozart, we use the power of music to create a stress-free ride for pets. Reggae’s steady rhythms and soothing beats help ease anxiety, promoting a relaxed state of mind. Classical music, with its gentle melodies and harmonious tones, has been proven to lower stress levels and provide a sense of security.
Studies show that both genres have a naturally calming effect on animals, making travel more comfortable. By blending these sounds, we create a peaceful environment where pets feel safe, relaxed, and at ease throughout their journey.

There is a natural synergy between veterans and pets, as working with animals has been proven to offer both therapy and support for those who have served. Pet Patrol USA is proud to be a minority, women, and veteran-owned business dedicated to exclusively hiring U.S. Armed Forces veterans and members of the military community.
