Step 1: Book a Ride
Schedule a one-way or round-trip pet transport through our app. Enter your pet’s details, pickup and drop-off locations, appointment time, and any special instructions.
Step 2: Safe Travels
A trained Pet Patrol handler picks up your pet and ensures they arrive safely at their destination. You’ll receive real-time updates throughout the journey.
Step 3: Return to You
For round-trip bookings, your handler will return to pick up your pet and bring them home safely. After the ride, you'll receive a summary of your pet’s visit.
